• We accept payments via bank transfer, cash on delivery (Pakistan only) and online payment gateways.
• Pak Decors reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

 Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver all over Pakistan and internationally.
• Pakistan delivery: 3-5 business days | International delivery: 7-15 business days.
• Shipping charges depend on order value; orders above Rs. 4,999 qualify for free shipping in Pakistan.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.

 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns/exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
• Breakable or fragile items and customized products are non-returnable.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, only 50% of the payment will be refunded.
